Scratch Creative Challenge

About Event

We would like to invite students in Xi’an to Scratch Creative Challenge hosted by WCG and the creator of Scratch Mitchel Resnick and MIT Media Lab!

WCG Scratch Creative Challenge stimulates creativity in young people and shares new inspiration using Scratch 3.0 and LEGO Education Kit.

The project can be about anything, the only limit is your imagination. We are excited to receive many creative and unique ideas from you. Let your imagination run wild and be creative!

Scratch Creative Challenge

Scratch is a programming language and an online community designed and maintained by the Lifelong Kindergarten group at the MIT Media Lab. With Scratch children can program and share interactive media such as stories, games, and animation with people from all over the world and learn how to think creatively, work collaboratively, and reason systematically.

Scratch 3.0 is the latest generation of Scratch, launched on January 2, 2019. It is designed to expand how, what, and where you can create with Scratch. It includes dozens of new sprites, a totally new sound editor, and many new programming blocks. And with Scratch 3.0, you’re able to create and play projects on your tablet, in addition to your laptop or desktop computer.
